Let's read, play and create while we learn about the fun ways that nature can inspire art, imagination and learning.
We will work with all seasonal, locally grown flowers to create a one of a kind Flower Crown. Come channel your inner flower child!
Wet felted vessels are easy and fun to make! It takes a bit of wool and lots of soap and water! In this workshop, you will learn the basics of wet felting and then you will be able to create a beautiful wool vessel that can be used for plant cuttings, jewelry or to store trinkets in!

Lucia Terry will help participants plan their habitat-sustaining garden with guidance on design and native plant selection for specific soils and exposures.
Lucia Terry of Perennial Point of View and groundcover will talk on native species that will grow well in those particularly difficult places we all have on our properties.
Kathleen Gerdes, a Maine fiber artist & felt maker, will lead you in the creation of needle felted gnomes.
